According to research, ginger is an effective herb that has several health benefits, one of which is curing menstrual cramps. It lowers pain levels causing prostaglandins and soothes menstrual cramps and calms the stomach. All you have to do is boil some ginger slices in water and keep sipping this throughout the day. Use Oatmeal for Eczema:
You probably thought oatmeal could only be consumed. Oatmeal is an interesting cure for eczema. It contains saponins which allows it to work as a natural cleanser and removes dirt and dead skin from your pores. This anti-inflammatory content reduces inflammation. To use as a mask, put 1/3 cup of oatmeal in a bowl, pour in 1/2 cup of hot water and let it sit for a few minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix well and use as mask on your skin.

Honey is an inexpensive DIY treatment for your skin. It’s also very simple to use. Apply honey to your slightly damp skin. Make sure you stir as you add till the water is cloudy. Squeeze some lemon into the bowl of water. Leave your feet in the solution for 10-15 minutes and dry feet properly. To also stop your shoes from smelling, leave baking soda in them after wear over night for the moisture to be absorbed.
