Step 1. First of all, swipe down the notification panel and click on the ‘Settings‘ icon.
Step 2. On the Settings page, tap on the ‘Digital Wellbeing and parental controls’ option.
Step 3. On the main screen of Digital Wellbeing, you will be able to see your most used app. Just tap on the card to view more details.
Step 4. On the next page, you will see some more apps and the amount of time you have to spend. Finally, onn the bottom, you will be able to see the total app notifications your phone received.
Step 5. Digital wellbeing also lets you view the app usage by date. You need to click on the arrow button behind the date to select a particular time frame.
