The infinix mobility recently launched the infinix hot 2 which made an instant sales hit in Nigeria, the infinix hot 2 was sold out on jumia first day of sales, the sales turn up was insane that jumia had to order for more devices due to the numerous purchase orders coming in. Infact top mobile phone company like slot had to place their orders via jumia and also join the hot sales of the infinix hot 2. Jumia is currently selling the infinix hot 2 at N19,500 while slots and others are selling theirs at N21,000.

The infinix hot 2 which is the first android one device in africa had indeed made its mark in Nigeria, Nigeria which is the highest ranking country in africa that uses mobile phones.

The infinix hot 2 unboxing and device first hands impression. Frankly speaking first hands impression was indeed cool with the sleeky feel and grips of the hot 2 device.

Inside the infinix hot 2 pack contained two boxes filled with its accessories like the head charger, USB cable, headset, manual booklet and a warranty seal from infinix.

The infinix hot 2 looks pretty light in weight and almost felt like the infinix zero 2. The sleekness is unique and much appreciated. The awesome sleek looks of the infinix hot 2 which has a champagne gold colour. The Screen size of 5.0 HD screen which is wide enough for any game play, videos and movies.

The Hot 2 got two sim slots for a micro sim which makes the device a dual sim smartphone. The Memory card slot for inserting your external memory card.

The first device boot up which takes a little time to start-up due to the device is actually starting up for the first time and apps and programs are being installed to ensure the smooth running of the device.

 Once all the start-up processes are finished, the device boot up displaying the home screen.

The home screen buttons are placed inside the screen, which you can see illustrated with the symbols. The home screen is normally placed at the Buttom down.

When operating the device for the first time, you noticed you can’t see the normal multimedia apps like the pictures, and video folders, The android one feature embedded all that apps inside the “Photo” app you see. Inside the photo app, you can view pictures, play videos on the device and also from the memory card.

To play music, you make use of the “Google play” music app.

The infinix hot 2 has the latest lollipop operating system of 5.1.1 thanks to the android one feature which automatically updates your operating system as soon as an update is released.

The android one feature enables your operating system  to be up to date at all times.

The hot 2 has an internal 16 Rom, which is 16gb internal storage memory but only 11gb memory space is available due to the device operating system and other core programs taking the other 5gb which is not available for use.

Lastly it has a removable 2200 mAh battery, which is quite reasonable for an average phone with unique features and affordable price tag.
