Airtel Nigeria, few days ago introduced SmartConnect 2.0, a new tariff plan that offer offers prepaid customers six times the value of every recharge they make using a newly registered Airtel sim.

Just weeks ago, Glo also introduced jollific8 which gives you 8 times the value of any recharge you make with your newly registered glo line.

The Airtel SmartConnect 2.0 is specifically designed to give new prepaid customers joining the Airtel network 6 times more value of their every day recharge, To enjoy the benefits of the newly introduced smart connect 2.0 package, will need to buy a new Airtel SIM card, register it and recharge to enjoy six times the value of every recharge.

For instance, when a new customer recharges N100, he/she gets N600 total airtime value instantly, while a recharge of N1000 gives N6000 instant total airtime value. For a N100 recharge, customers get N100 in their main account, an additional bonus N250 for calls to all networks and N250 or 50 MB data while the N1000 recharge gives customers N1, 000 in the main account N2500 for calls to all networks and N2500 or 500 MB data.

To be qualified for this plan, you need to get a new Airtel SIM, register it and  make your first recharge with *126*pin# and *123# to check your balance.

The airtime value in the customer’s main account has no validity date, But the  bonuses have seven days validity. Customers can continuously roll over their bonuses if they recharge their lines within the seven days validity of their existing bonus.

Call rates from Main Account and Bonus are charged at 50k/sec to any network.
