Finally, Nvidia seems ready to launch its mid-budget beast graphic card from the RTX 40 series. Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070’s launch is highly expected to take place next month, according to a potential leak.

Nvidia launched the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070Ti in the first month of this year, and now, after three months, it plans to launch a non-Ti version of this GPU in April. Let’s discuss all the details about this GeForce RTX 4070 below.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070: Release Date & Expected Specification

A well-reputed hardware leaker known as hongxing2020 revealed that the fourth graphic card of the desktop NVIDIA RTX 40 series would arrive on the 4th of April.

As we all know, RTX 4070 comes in the middle of the series in terms of price and performance, and maybe due to its high demand, the company will make it available at retail stores in around one month.

Also, all the earlier leaks have pointed to April for the GeForce RTX 4070’s launch.

Expected Specification

A well-known website VideoCardz revealed most of the specs of the RTX 4070. However, we can’t confirm the accuracy of these specifications as Nvidia hasn’t officially revealed anything about this GPU.

The RTX 4070 would have 5888 CUDA cores, and the Ti version of this GPU has 7680 CUDA cores. This cut of around 2000 CUDA cores in the non-Ti version is going to highlight the difference between both.

And it is expected to have 192-bit and 12GB GDDR6 memory which would be surprising as the company delivered the same memory and bit in the Ti version of RTX 4070.

If we talk about the rumored speed and TGP of this GPU, it is also similar to the Ti version’s as its expected speed is 504 GB/s and TGP is 200W, which is around 85W less than prior.

The rumored price of the RTX 4070 is $699, which is $100 less than RTX 4070 Ti’s cost.
