HTC has been having a rough time off late, with its smartphones failing to perform as well as they would have liked. However, the company isn’t giving up anytime soon and it’s all set to launch its next flagship on May 16. If you have been reading the news, you must have heard various leaks and rumors around the HTC U 11, the upcoming flagship from the Taiwanese company. Well, the most unique feature of the U 11 is supposedly its display’s pressure sensitive edges and now, HTC has released a video teaser of the U 11, which kind of confirms that the device will indeed feature a display that has edges which can be “squeezed” to perform certain actions.

HTC isn’t revealing anything with the video teaser and it just features people sqeezing different things. Hopefully, “squeezing” the HTC U 11’s display is as easy as some of the things people are squeezing in the video. Take a look:

According to the rumors, the HTC U 11 flagship will feature a 5.5-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 835 processor, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage, a 4000 mAh battery, 12 MP rear and 16 MP selfie camera. Other than that, the device should come in five vibrant color variants: black, white, blue, red, and silver.

Recent HTC devices have failed to make a mark and it’ll be interesting to see if the company manages to get some traction with the upcoming U 11. The device is competing with the likes of the Galaxy S8 and the LG G6, so it better be good. Well, we will find out everything, come May 16.
